FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER - OFF TRADE
Finance Business Partner for Czech Off-Trade is a senior role within the Finance Business Partnering team. The position reports to Senior Finance Business Partnering for Commercial Functions and manages 1 Senior Finance Analysts (Off-Trade) and one permanent intern.

Role overview

Proactively supports and constructively challenges the Off-Trade Sales function to deliver financial performance in line with total business objectives and long-term strategy

Provides insightful, fact-based analysis and business context to strengthen decision-making across the Off-Trade organization

Oversees financial performance management for the channel, including early identification and communication of risks and opportunities

Leads the annual planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for the Off-Trade channel and ensures alignment to total business planning cycles

Ensures strong financial governance, disciplined business case evaluation and effective allocation of resources across sub-channels and districts
-
Key business partners are Off-Trade Channel Director and Off-Trade leadership teams, including Modern Trade, Traditional Trade and relevant Commercial Excellence stakeholders
Key responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Senior Finance Analysts (Off-Trade) and an intern

Own Off-Trade financial analysis and insights: evaluate initiatives/projects and recommend actions

Manage channel performance with leaders: identify risks/opportunities early and drive gap-closing plans

Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting for Off-Trade; ensure alignment with total business processes

Challenge Integrated Activity Plans (IAP) and financial plans for ambition, viability and strategic fit

Present performance drivers and trends to senior leaders (regular reviews + ad-hoc deep dives)

Own channel budget allocations and ensure correct tools/templates/methodology adoption (incl. training)

Manage Off-Trade CAPEX and rigorously challenge CAPEX/OPEX business cases incl. post-implementation reviews

Act as Finance single point of contact for the Channel Director; ensure correct accounting processes and governance

Drive continuous improvement and best-practice ways of working; support Commercial Excellence and district planning
Must have

University degree
-
5+ years business experience

Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence and challenge constructively

Strong commercial acumen and business mindset

Advanced Excel & PowerPoint

Advanced business English

Local language – Czech – spoken and written – daily agenda

Driving licence B
