What will you do? 

You will work closely with our commercial and corporate teams and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice across the organisation. 
You will be part of our local Legal team and collaborate with colleagues from our Legal HUB (Centre of Excellence) across Europe. 

Your role will include: 

• Acting as a trusted legal partner across commercial and corporate teams 

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and corporate documents 

• Supporting key business initiatives such as product launches, marketing and sustainability projects 

• Supporting our HR team 

• Identifying and managing legal and regulatory risks 

• Ensuring compliance with group policies and legal requirements 

• Providing legal support for sales and distribution activities with strong focus on competition law 

• Contributing to group legal projects and continuous improvement 

What do we expect from you? 

• University degree in Law and completed bar exam in the Czech Republic 

• Previous experience, ideally from a law firm and/or international corporation  

• Strong background in commercial and corporate law (daily agenda) 

• Advanced English – you will use it every day 

• Fluent Czech 

• Ability to work independently, take ownership and responsibility 

• Strong negotiation skills 

• Advanced stakeholder management skills and strong business mindset 

• Team player  

Nice to have 

• German language skills 

• Experience from FMCG or multinational corporate environment 

• Knowledge of employment law and/or competition law 

• Experience with legal project leadership or project management
